Getting outdoors and helping to keep the coastline of the Hoo Peninsula clean is great for wildlife and great for you, offering the chance to meet new people and get some fresh air and exercise in a useful and social way.
Equipment – litter pickers, bags and gloves will be supplied.
Could you please email Belinda the day before a clean so she can ensure there is enough equipment and, more importantly, biscuits!
Weather – please dress for the weather, you may need wellies or shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Cancellation – please note beach cleans will be cancelled if there is a lightning storm and/or extreme rain or wind.
