We’ll be walking and listening along the sea wall with wide & winding views over the tidal Stoke Marshes and out to the industrial hubs of Hoo. The volume of the soundscape here gently vibrates and expands as days begin to stretch towards summer. Scratchy warbling, fizzing pylons, dry stridulations, wind whiffling reeds & grasses, industrial thrum, watercourses croak & quack all interact.

All walks are open to: Adults (18+) + Adults with older children (suggested 10+; children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver)
Free transport to the Walk location is available for ticket holders. Pick-up/drop-off points at Strood Station, Hoo St Werburgh arranged depending on demand. Not suitable for dogs.
The path may uneven in places with some slopes and can be muddy, wear suitable boots and dress for the weather.
